Payment

Circle Of C accepts payment with MasterCard and VISA. The amount is not charged on your account until the items are shipped. We don’t charge any fees for handling the payment.

We only use approved payment gateways which encrypt all of your payment information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Delivery

We deliver in all of Europe.

Shipping

If we are not running a FREE SHIPPING campaign, the shipping fee is €4.00 to anywhere in Europe.

Right to complain

When you shop at circleofc.com, you always have 24 months right to complain under the Danish Sale of Good Act. Your complaint must be submitted within a reasonable length of time after discovering the defect/fault. A complaint submitted within 2 months is always considered timely. If you wish to complain about your product, please send a mail on shop@circleofc.com with a brief description of the complaint.

We do not offer refunds for wrong orders, wrong shipping adresses, misunderstandings, change of mind, color, or product misconceptions, etc.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error from our side, we are more than happy to replace or refund your order.

Note! Computer monitor calibration can vary, so the colors of your canvas /poster print may come out slightly different than your computer screen is displaying.

Refund

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.

Returns

You always have 30 days right to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day you receive your order. You have to inform us by email on shop@circleofc.com, that you want to use your right of return. You have to pay for the return yourself. Provided that the item is in the same condition as new and we are able to sell it again we will return your money to your bank account the same day we receive the item from you.
